Carter Aviator. Edge is as-received from Murray. Knife was carried a few times, never used. Handle is died wood burl and red micarta, with black and white liners. Blade is the typical Carter awesomeness - Japanese Hitachi White Steel for the core/edge, softer steel for the body. As advertised, scary sharp. Blade has the hammered finish. Some scuff marks on the blade from drawing. Comes with the belt sheath pictured, as well as with a neck sheath.
Overall length - 7.72 inches. Blade length - 3.8 inches
Carter Muteki Harpoon. The Muteki line are blades made my Murray's apprentices, under direct supervision. This knife has all of the same features as the Aviator, except for the blade shape. Scary sharp, Japanese Hitachi White Steel core, softer steel body. Ironwood scales. Has some scuffing from being drawn from the sheath, but the blade is as-received, and is razor sharp. Has not been used to cut anything. Comes with the belt sheath pictured, as well as a neck sheath.
