Murry Carter knives and his students.

I have one of Murray's neck knives, and a paring knife that I use almost daily. Had him make a neck knife for a friend in Finland. We walked around the Oregon Knife Collector's show and I picked up a pair of scales in Curly Birch for the handle, which Murray ended up putting a photo of it in his catalog. Had a nice talk with him last April again at the Oregon Knife Collectors show in Eugene, OR. Had to laugh as when he first came to the show he wore a suit, now he was wearing a pair of logging trousers, field shirt and heavy duty suspenders, looked like a full fledged Idaho man. John
