Here are some really very nice musk ox scales and hidden tang slices for sale. I have had these curing for over two years so they are pretty dry. It's best to let them acclimate to your climate before using, a month or two would be fine. I am happy to answer any questions about the stuff or working with it. It is guaranteed to be legal and naturally colored, happiness is guaranteed, if you find you can't use it when you get it in your hands, return it for your purchase price back, please do that within seven days. I take all the normal forms of payment, Paypal, checks, or credit cards over the phone. The prices shown will be plus shipping and insurance, I ship using USPS flat rate shipping where I can, I ship anywhere it is legal and charge only the actual shipping charges. You may PM me, email me or call me on the phone (though sometimes I have loud machines running and can't hear it).
*The sizes I am giving are roughly the dimentions of the usable portion, it does not include the thin parts you can not use or the white stuff.*

Now here is the deal with musk ox horn, these scales are pretty straight when they leave here. If they are curved after you receive them or after they cure for two months, you can straighten them by putting them in your oven at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, until they will become flexible. Press them between two pieces of flat wood until they cool, then they will stay straight. If you leave them in the oven to long, you will burn them up. Some of these have stains on them but that's only on the outside.
