Yep, potassium permanganate. As Chris said, you can mix it with other things to get a fire and as an antibacterial. I think it's a great chemical to have. You can treat ya feet with it and so on. As you'll see if you ever spill some it makes a great stain. This property makes it good for marking snow and stuff like that. It readily makes fire when mixed with other things. You can use it to make your fire bow more efficient. Try mixing it with pounded cough sweets [potassium chlorate ones] and regular boiled sugar sweets and adding friction.
