MXG Gear Clips Sold Out?

I ordered a couple of clips on the 16th and so far I have not received a confirmation or shipping # from mxggear, even after an email inquiry. Only a confirmation from PayPal about my payment. Is this normal? Or maybe I just need to be a bit more patient.
 
I'd say it's abnormal for them. At least in my experience. Seems they're quite busy at the moment, though. Wouldn't panic.
 
I placed an order for a PM3 clip on January 10th and paid for express shipping. After emailing them several times they finally replied today that my shipment was in process. They would not comment on me paying for the express shipping. This is my first time using them, are they usually pretty reliable?
 
I would agree that this is abnormal for them. I've ordered from them multiple times and received shipping notice within 1-2 business days each time.
 
I also read all good things about them before placing my order. Hope this is just a hiccup for them and things will be back to normal soon.
 
Looks like things are back to normal. At least I was able to place an order just now.
 


Good stuff! Just arrived today so I assume things are back to normal (as noted above).

FYI, it’s very difficult to thread the 0609 clip screws, even with good tools (they have to be engaged at a bit of an angle) and I managed to strip one out pretty badly. :eek:
It’ll hold though (I use 222 purple low strength LocTite on T-6’s).
The clips have just the right amount of ramp and are perfectly springy.

I’ll be a repeat customer.
