With the recent actions by some people, I cannot hold my tongue any more.

I don't know who you are, if you are new or old here, I don't know what was or wasn't said, I don't know why things happened the way they did, but it really doesn't matter. It's probably best I don't know.

What I do know is you really need to think about what your future here would be like if everyone in this community ever did find out who and what it was that caused a person who normally goes far, far above and beyond for EVERYONE IN THIS COMMUNITY, NEW OR OLD, to have the experience that she did.

I can pretty much guarantee that the reaction would not be too favorable toward you.

It is sad that you had to resort to a level of what I can only imagine were intense personal attacks, instead of being a mature adult and handling things rationally.

What it boils down to, is shame. Shame on you for for your actions, and shame on you for not being adult enough to stand up and admit your actions were not proper.

Oh, I'm sure in your minds you were right, but no, that is not the case.

Get a clue guys, because I can only believe that should the truth ever be revealed outside the shop, your enjoyment of the community here will surely change.

I couldn't agree with you more, when it comes down to it Busse Combat is more on an extended family that uses, buys, sells, trades and shares stories.

When I called Amy to follow up on a different matter on Tuesday, I wasn't even going to mention the Ganzaa knowing how busy she is. Then when I heard there were email issues, I was happy to forget the entire matter and just move on (there are more Ganzaa's out there folks). Anyway even with my willingness to let it ride, Amy managed to work it all out and get me the knives I really wanted and all this through the BS she had to put up with from the grumpy callers. I know we all have our crappy work days that we just write off, so I guess this was just one of those days. But I agree as an active member of this community I'm a bit disappointed that it went down the way it did. Hopefully they will make it right and reset the tone as best as possible for everyone.

I was thinking of the Posse forming up to defend Amy.
We have local law enforcement, federal law enforcement, Home land Security, Army, Navy,
Marines, Ex cons, Air Force..and Chefs:eek:
And Veterans from all the above..

If your name gets leaked out? Holy Crap!
You may want to start collecting stamps, or something safer:cool:

Boy, I feel like I have been away for weeks after reading through a few threads. If all this is about someone or more than one individual f'ing up the las ganzaaaa then I have to agree with OP here. Cowboy up and make it better. :thumbup:

Amy has been an absolute joy to talk to and has treated me so well. My very first involvement with Busse & Amy put me on cloud nine. She treated me like I had ordered a half million worth of their knives and really helped me out, despite a tight time frame. The end result is that I had a blade to gift to my brother as my best man before he deployed overseas.

Not once has she cut a call short, or done anything less than move mountains to accommodate me.

I doubt we will ever find out who was the culprit, however the best I hope for is a post from someone at Busse reporting that the offender has called back and apologized.

Well said, thatmguy. One thing about the world will never change: as long as there are humans, there are also abusive idiots who think they should go before everyone else in all things both small and great. And sometimes, we have the displeasure of running into one of them. I wasn't part of the Ganzaa, since I'm nowhere near fast enough for that ( :D ) , but I have great respect for the way Busse does business and the people working under the Busse Combat name, and I see no reason whatsoever to ever be anything less than polite and courteous to these people. I'll say this: don't let one fool or even two ruin your day, because there are plenty more where they came from, and none of us has enough days in our lives to afford having fools ruin them. To the people at Busse and the members of the community, keep up the good work. :thumbup: To rude and uncouth jerks who verbally abuse people completely undeserving of such treatment, go walk in the swamp and drown. :D
 
IMHO, the guilty party (parties ?) know who they are, know they did wrong, and obviously doesn't give a rabbit's pellet about stepping up to the plate. Amy has chosen to remain silent on this, and I will respect her apparent wish that things not be made worse for this person, even through all the crap that she had to put up with to be brought to tears.

Personally, I am not interested in a witch hunt. Whomever is responsible is obviously not worth it. But, there is a self-centered, very un_HOGlike chicken amongst us, afraid to step out of the shadows and admit their mistake, and content to come here and pretend like they resemble the rest of us.

Whomever you are, sooner or later, this will catch up with you. I don't know you (don't want to), you are NOT a HOG (never will be), and I certainly don't want you to ever associate with me, or buy anything I ever sell, or sell anything to me. :thumbdn:, WAY DOWN! :mad:

Oh, no. I certainly won't.

I just think confession is good for the soul. If he/she/they won't confess, that's too bad.

But life will go on.

I don't really know what's going on... I haven't been paying much attention to the forums lately....But if I knew of someone being mean to any of the girls at the shop.... Don't show up to a knife show I'm at.... Cause only one of us will be leaving under our own power.

Add doorman to that list....... and Im sure there are many more out there. I have never had the pleasure of talking to Amy yet but from what everyone else says about her she must be a pleasure to deal with. Someone owes her a big appology.
As for taking up a new hobby, I certainly hope Amy desides to no longer deal with the people that were so rude to her!
