My response is not about this one quote, its about all these threads. Sometimes you guys really crack me up! You just admitted that you dont know what was said, you dont know who said it, and you dont know what happened in the background that prompted it (justifiably or not). That being said, dont you think that posting this thread to the "mystery person" who may or may not even log on here is a bit rediculous? Everyone likes Amy and the rest of the crew's wonderful customer service but I would be greatly surprised if any of you were asked to come to anyone's rescue. I'm sure if it was too rough, Jerry can handle his customers as we have seen him do on more than one occasion. This is usually a very cool place to visit.

:thumbup: Even the nicest people get chewed out and disrespected sometimes. I'm sure it's not the first or worst time somebodies given her a hard time in her life; she's a grown woman. Making threats and becoming an angry forum mob complete with pitch forks and chants is very over the top.

That being said, the amount of support for Amy and the job she does is readily apparent, and I'm sure she's looked past that one nasty tree to see a very friendly and appreciative forest at this point. Let's leave it at that.

There are a few people in this world that I would do things for, If someone messed with you or your family I presume you are one to think that perhaps your daughter or wife deserved it and would ask the other person in to have dinner - I live and let live - but if someone goes out of there way to bother me then they will shortly find out that really it is they that has the problem.

No one deserves to be mistreated - and some feel strongly about this as AMY has proven herself to be one of us - and then some. It bothers us to think that some moron would be such an ass to her when she has always gone beyond anyones expetations.

But perhaps you would not understand this - perhaps you never will:rolleyes:
 
To the guy's telling folks how immature they are and how they need to calm down, no one is going to go hunting any one. It's just blowing stream because we feel protective of Amy and the rest of the crew, admonishing the group isn't needed. Just save your breath.

For those making threats of violence, Amy said she is good so that is all there is to it. Now let's get back to the regular business of the forum. Didn't Skunk say something about Mistresses like no one has seen yet? Focus people, focus! :D

My Wife gets shredded on the phone at work on a daily basis.
She has come home in tears several times this year
because some azzhole $h!te on her over the phone.
I am powerless to help. I try to toughen her up, but it is not in her charecter.
The issue has become a major pet peeve of mine. I am fighting mad:mad:
If i could get my hands on one of them, I am sure I would end up in jail...
I am quite sure Amy's husband is going through the same thing...

I have not met Amy, but I can tell from talking to her on the phone that she is a good kid.
If coming out strong on the issue here helps with even one $hi$$y phone call not happen,
then it is more than worth the effort.

Skunk, since you have actually met Amy, you can have first crack with your .50.....
 
steelnut, please edit your post. This is a "family oriented" forum, and there's no point getting gig'd or warned over language. :) We're all fairly PO'd over the actions of the few "bad eggs", but keep it clean, OK? :thumbup:... Let's not get Hammy riled up right now & into "mad Mod" mode... I know he's not happy about this matter either.
