My 110 just bit me .....

Wait till you buy her a gun. My MIL was disgusted with me why I bought my boys a BB gun and a Chipmunk, but kept quiet. The boys are men and have moved on. I still have the guns. My boys aren't into knives, like me, but they appreciate the 110's, SAK's, and chef knives I give them, and good scouts that they were, take care of them. BBJ

Big,
Already laying the groundwork for that-my daughter wants to hunt-wife not
happy-been takin may daughter to Dicks to check out guns-she wants a pink stock:barf: .22 to practice with. Wife was tryin to talk her out of it but has given up. Hey I taught her to like venison-she can learn to have a daughter that hunts and carries a knive:)

I'm fortunate, my wife likes knives and hunting and fishing..
Her problem is she only wants one of each kind of knife. Why would I want to get another one that looks like one I already have ? she says ...

Here's a bad photo of the edge of one of my 2-dots. I used an Edge Pro on it. Yes, I've cut myself with it. :o

Well guys I hate to do it but here goes...My wife ( I know shes different and it took years of working to get it this way) will talk w/ me for "days" about the features of one knife over another and the same on cutlery steels. She does cutting test w/ me, looking closely at handle comfort,control,ect..She even defends her views on why this knife is a better field knife over another. Its good for us. When we disagree its with good reason. So, my situation is just different.DM

Thats great David... Always good to have hobbies you can enjoy together, even if you disagree. Never hurts to have a second pair of eyes, and a non-biased opinion.. I've noticed women tend to have a much simpler way of looking at things. Maybe there is something to be learned by it:eek: I can't believe I just said that.. I gotta hurry up and change threads before the wife sees what I wrote.
