My $200 knife quest defined. Yojimbo, Canis, or other wharncliff?

I know it’s been awhile but I’m curious.... how has the canis been for you?

I ask because I recently bought a dlt exclusive yojimbo and there are things to be desired with it even though I like the wharncliffe blade. I thinking of either modding it to make it more suitable or selling it

It’s been pretty darned good. My biggest challenge has been the learning curve to sharpen a wharncliffe blade.

I don’t use jigs or kits, only bench stones, and I do pretty darned ok on conventional blades. I keep getting better on the wharnie. I just don’t want to screw up that tremendously sharp tip.

I just about bought the Yojimbo, but this Canisis considerably more stout, making it a little better for EDC.

Both are cool knives. I know some scale makers for the Yojimbo make it with a more squared off end that people find more comfortable. I for one am fine with the original shape. If you want those, I think @BOOMER52 makes them.
