Excellent knife, and even better story of its origins and when you carry it! :thumbup:Pictures don't do it justice my wife got it for my 41st Birthday from the [a non-BF dealer]. She paid over 80 Bucks for it cause she said I enough left out of a,hundred dollar bill to buy me and the kid lunch at Whattaburger. I carry it on Sundays and on Dates with my wife.
...
Happy upcoming birthday! Just passed 59 myself (which my older sister reminded me is the start of my 60th year). Enjoy your youth while you still can. It starts going downhill after 55.![]()
John is filled with wisdom about many things!!:thumbup:You know, a pocket knife is just a tool to cut things with. Until it becomes entwined with memories. Treasured times spent with family, perhaps memories of a departed parent or mentor. Then it becomes a magical talisman, a time machine that can take us to those cherished days and memories whenever we want, like rubbing a magic lamp.
Yours will always be one of the special ones, because of how it came to you, and how you have used it. If you have children to whom it gets passed eventually, it will have absorbed that much more magic. Keep carrying it on dates and Sundays.![]()
