Everyone please post in here once your knife arrives with pictures or whatever you would like to say.

Thanks again everyone! I cant wait to get my blade!

My KITH knife arrived! Wow what a beauty! I've always admired Phil's work and now that I get a chance to have one in the kitchen I'm really psyched!
The craftsmanship is top notch and it's razor sharp! Thanks Phil and thanks again Tim for putting this KITH together. Lots of fun!

Mine is here, thanks Garrett! This knife is only the second kitchen knife he has made, but you would never know it! The handle shape is flawless, seams are tight, really excellent work. The saya is unique and very nice as well!

Thanks for the kind words Robert, glad you like it!

Mine arrived Friday - WOW! is it a really nice knife. Thanks Joseph Hammon.
It is one of the nicest looking kitchen knives I have seen. The hammered copper accents and custom sheath are what makes it "pop".

Thank you Joseph.

I'll try and take some in-use shots tonight.

I received my knife from Kevin Cross last night, it is really cool--the blade stock is REALLY thin and REALLY sharp, Kevin did a nice forced patina on it, and it looks very cool, my wife actually asked me if it was Damascus! the handle is slim and nicely shaped and the saya is really precisely made--it has cottonwood burl handle scales, dovetailed into afzelia 'bolsters' with black G-10 liners. A really well made knife, and it will get put to use tonight making fajitas! Here are some pics on my Corian countertops:

Thank you Kevin, your knife just sealed the deal on this KITH being really fun!

You are more than welcome.....I'm glad you liked it. Please let me know how it performs for you. I had fun making this knife, even though it was a bit of a challenge. It seems like all I see are the imperfections on a knife like this and I just have to put it down and back away and be done:p
Much thanks to Tim and all who participated in this KITH.

Just received my knife and it is a beauty. Stacy did an excellent job. This fit and finish are top notch, and the handle is great on the hands. Did I mention that it is a san mai with a white hitachi core. Great knife Stacy i feel privileged to own one of your creations. I will use it tonight when I prepare dinner.

Thank you for your kind words. I really had a blast making this knife and I hope it worked well for dinner last night!

sent mine out today. about to open mnavvaros!

Well, I came home from work to find a box from Tim waiting for me. Gotta tell you guys, go back to the original build thread and he pretty much walked us thru the process of making this petty. His pics were great, better than I can do and in no way do they do this knife justice. The blade is hand finished AEB-L that is razor sharp, yep I checked, big bald spot on my left arm! The saya fits like a dream and the handle. Oh my, the handle. It is a multi-piece dove tail Wa handle that feels like a dream. Considering his right arm was in a cast most of the summer I have no idea how he pulled this of, but thank you, Tim. Now if you will excuse me, I must go to the kitchen and cut something.

Kevin

I just opened a package from Ireland, a sweet little utility knife for the kitchen. On my way to the store to buy a steak, I want to see how this thing cuts!

Kevin, Glad you are enjoying the knife! thats my light saber grind :)

Ive got mnavarros knife, it is an awesome choices of materials and fit and finish! Plus a cigar and a block of ironwood too!

My knife arrived today! It's a beautiful knife!! Thanks Robert. It has a real sturdy feel to it. Fit and finish really good!

Very thin behind the edge and shaving sharp. I'm looking forward to using it. I'll post some pictures later.

This KITH was very cool.
