My $250 well spent

Well still being new to knife making I couldn't invest much into it off the front end at least not untill I can start actually getting good and selling some stuff.

I spent close to $250 getting my workshop together since I did already have some tools...

I purchased all the items listed for less than $250 combined.

HF 1x30 belt grinder (gets the job done) $40

HF belt/disc sander (for woodworking although admittedly I tried grinding with it) $10

Delta 15" scroll saw $15

Small vice $5

Lab oven for tempering $10

Husky 5 drawer bottom toolbox $25

Kobalt 4 drawer work bench $85

Radio $5

And about 30-40 bucks worth of small items like clamps and belts etc.

Looks like you have a good start and found some good deals. Now, get to grinding!

Nice and efficient, I like it. You need a better stool, though. Something that spins would be more ergonomic.

I wish I could set up something like that. Since I moved I don't have the proper space.

I got that stool for a couple of bucks and never use it unless I'm sitting down taking a break lol...

Now I just need to get a good set up for heat treat/quench.
