I agree with TonyG. I've regretted selling my first Busse, a Heavy Heart. Now I have a FFBM. Which I realized is just like a Battle Mistress version of a heavy heart but bigger and it cost less than a HH(on the secondary market). So I'm over it now.

Although I like the SH design a lot -it s a beautiful knife- when it comes to using a knife that big you may as well just haul a FBM around.

Stuff in that range would be an Outlaw, Steelheart, or Battle Mistress. I'd go for the SH. The BMs are a bit more plentiful right now, but I think the SH fits the gap between the Badger and AK best. Not too small to work, not too big to carry.

Or just ignore everyone and get a Force-1

Magnum EU-17's are a beautiful thing My favorite knife....a close second/maybe equal is the SHBM. Not as beefy as the FBM and all the variations....but very respectable and more fun/comfortable to use (for me). I don't think I'd ever trade my Eu...the only time I was tempted was when a SHBM was offered

I vote for holding out for a Magnum Eu user of a User SHBM.....one will come along eventually. I need to start ranging out more and checking out the gun shows...never know who's still going to have a SHBM :thumbup:
