I wanted to make something special for the Anniversary Steel Heart I, and this dangler/drop loop combo is the best I can do for now.

The hazard signs front and back caution the unwary -- this is not a knife to be messed with. The sheath is designed primarily to be worn as a dangler, and will ride above the knee. The loop has snaps so the dangler can be removed and it will ride as a low drop-loop sheath. There is an integral leg strap loop at the bottom of the sheath, it's the "nuclear strap loop" indicated by its mushroom cloud shape. There is no usual snap to retain the knife; instead I've used a strip of shock cord (it's stretchy) high on the handle, which will keep the knife from getting snagged and knocked out of the sheath. This sheath is designed for the CG ASH1 with standard handles.

Enjoy!

Okay, now that is freakin' sweet man. These will be available for purchase when? :D

I love the "Nuclear" symbol on the front. ;)

Now that's friggin' COOL!!!

Great job... stitching, tooling... all of it... very cool!

Thanks for sharing.

Mikey,

Very nice. The stitching looks great front and back, the edges and sides are also very nice. Nice work. :D

Way slick! Has a very streamlined, efficient and classy look!

My summer goal is to get some basic skills in kydex bending and leather stitching.

It'll be a while before I can do that, however.

Great work.

You are an artist. Love that sterile ASH with the hand shaped handles too. (it is sterile right? - or am i just not seeing clearly)
