Nice setup in a even nicer box.

Thanks!

But I miss some small items, specially first aid items. Just a emergency-bandage and a few small sticky band-aid don’t take op a lot of space.

The latter is in there, the former wouldn't fit in, no matter how tightly I pack this kit. Keep in mind that it's a very basic kit in a very small box that appears to be designed to hold a pack of cigarettes.
I will probably add an alcohol towelette for desinfection.

And think about a micro compass, you never now when you need it even in the city.

I originally wanted to do that, but I found that those mini-compasses do not work very well - even though the one I got is fairly well-made and I bought it from a reputable outdoor gear dealer, no flea market junk.
Maybe you can point me to a brand you recommend?

In my post I meant whit a emergency-bandage a pre-packed sterilized one. What is the correct English word btw?

A alcohol towelette gets you far. But whit a small amount of iodine powder (or other powder for wound sterilization) and a sting of clean clothing, makes also a good ‘’emergency-bandage’’. And it isn’t big at al. Only the police will look weird if you poll a small bag whit brown powder out of the box ;)

A mini compass isn’t very useful for long-time map navigation. It’s possible but more a back-up tool. Buy one of a reliable compass manufacture. Not a toy that you find in key-hangers for advertisement purposes. I have a Recta clipper 5gr, 25 mm round and approximately 10 euros. At least you have something on you. Some other guys on the forum talk about ‘Brunton’. Just ask for in you local outdoor shop.

Good luck!!

I think you are referring to an "elastic bandage", unfortunately something like it certainly doesn't fit in anymore.

I'll see if I can find that Recta model.
