A package arrived for me today from Ohio. I always like those ones. It was a Custom Shopped FFBM. Satin, snakeskin, red liners. Beautiful. When it arrived I was in the back yard using my SHBM to chop some branches. I was cursing my bleeding pinky finger as it was being chewed away by the SH's ergonomics. When I got the FFBM out of its box the fusion handle felt so comfortable in comparison. They're such a good design.
Anyway, I thought I'd take some pics of the small BM collection I'm getting. Here they are all together:

This was my first Busse. BWM in tanker grey with black canvas. I've re-profiled the edge, added a useful D-guard and it has a leather sheath by Chuddy Bear. It has seen some use and abuse with me:

Next is an old school SHBM. I picked this up recently. It's seen plenty of use in its time. I'm going to send this one back to the shop for some new handles. Something a bit wider, like the new Anniversary magnum style ones. Hopefully that will make it more comfortable. I'm thinking green linen. What do you reckon? It has the original sheath, which I'll also be upgrading:

Next is the one that arrived today. Satin FFBM with snakeskin and red liners. I got the liners to fill the snakeskin out a bit. I've always found it too thin and it was never available in magnum. The red makes it pop against the satin too. It has an absurdly sharp convex edge. Sheath is by Martin Swinkels. There's a Custom Shop satin/snakeskin BAD hiding in there too:

Here it is with another BM I have. This one's a competition finished CG with the same snakeskin and red liners. They make a nice pair:

Here's a pic of the comp finished CG version I posted a while back. It has no sheath yet. Not sure what to get for it:

Anyway, just though people might like to see them. Can't wait to get out somewhere and use them. Maybe at the next Downunder Razorbacks meeting they'll make a decent scone cutting knife.
Chris.
