I spent several hours and several reames of paper making tables for the inventory. I had a collumn for the product and a column for every day of the week. I would have to go through the whole place and count everything and guess what my usage was like from the previous week. Now I can track what I ordered the week before and sort of track how things are flowing relative to the amount of business that I have had for the week. Hell I was lucky to find the order sheets from the previous week, let alone read them with any accuracy.

This reminds me of high school. We were required to do service hour our Junior year. The let us out 2 weeks earlier than the rest of the school to do community service. It was fair game to get all of your service done in one week if you crammed in the hours. Guess who did two weeks of service and a hospital day care in 8 days. Yep, you guessed it. I was so worn out. I was mainlining Mt. Dew and popping No Doze. By the last day of my service, I was rambling, stumbling around and eating frigging play doh. I really enjoyed that week off afterward though! Ah those were the days! To be 16 again and know what i know now. I would have started buying Busse knives back then and making a profit on them now :D!
