It occurrs to me that 1911s are like the "muscle cars" of old. Infinitly customizable, but all will perform their primary function beautifully.

Having said that, I carry a fine piece of German engineering.

Yeah Rich is awful proud of his work. Nice guy though, at least to me he has been. My door bell just rang. County Sheriff's Deputy looking for the former resident's kid. Glad I didn't have my gun in hand this time. That could have gotten ugly real fast! Would have made it hard to keep posting too!
