When I want a higher powered beer I used to drink Molson Black ice (6.7% ABV). However when you start to crank up the alcohol content it does make the beer a bit harsh. But after the first six pack who cares?

I must agree! I too am appalled by the hatred in Jerry's words when it comes to Guiness! It's not as good as some German stuff, but once in a while I really like to drink it!
