I just got it yesterday and it is sweeeet. Smooth action and fit and finish is excellent. It locks up with a nice loud click and zero blade play. The blade unlike what I have read from some Benchmade owners came shaving sharp. the only problem is the pocket clip is a little tight clipped to jeans but it isn't horrible. Benchmade did a great job making a terrific knife designed by Shane Sibert.

I fondled one at the pusher's lair last week. My number will be in the next batch. Nice knife - I like it a lot better than the other newbie this year, the 741. Of course, I turned my nose up at the 760BK L-Ti last year when they first arrived - not a Tanto guy - then, I really fondled one in mid summer - and it went home with me that day. May be hope for the 741 - but the 755 was a shoe-in from it's announcement. Fondling one made the wait that much harder, of course.

What's the history on this M390 blade steel??

Stainz

PS The production 755's clip is milled a bit thinner, so it will flex more readily, for the clip carriers. Not a problem here, it will reside in the box.

Congrats on picking up a MPR. They sure are hard to find right now. :(

The pics came out good, the in hand pic really gave a better idea of the knife's size.
