Gorgeous piece Dan!! Love the ivory and fittings! The random pattern damascus is very nice!!

OOPS. I forgot to mention it is a San Mia ribbon pattern Damascus that is differentially heat treated. Thanks Robert.

First, my respect and appreciation for a beautiful piece of work. Second, I think the price is amazingly reasonable, and had I not just bought several knives, I'd be buying this one right now. Awesome work, Dan.

Hi. I am wondering, how did you heat treat the blade. I am learning and wanting to become a blade smith and didn't know there was different ways to heat treat a knife.

A differentially heat treated knife is where the edge is hardened and not the spine to give the knife flex but keep the edge hard.

Hi Dan

Its a amazing piece of art, love every bit of it, how much to ship it to Australia, please let me know.

Cheers

Thanks IBLR. Received the payment and will mail out in the morning. Also thanks folks for the kind words.
