Best knife I've ever bought for $30 or under was my Condor Rodan. O've beaten the tar out of it over the years and it keeps coming back for more!

a friend of mine asked me 2 weeks ago about getting a machete to keep and use around his house (he has about 3/4-1 acre). i recommended the condor eco-survivor. based on my initial handling and inspection of the machete, i will definitely own some condor products.

There are lots of good knives for $30 or less. I got a Byrd Cara Cara for around $20, and then lots of Mora's and Victorinox's to fill your pockets. And every blind hog find an acorn sometime. keep on scrounging.

I paid $29.99 for this Buck 110, you can still buy them for that price.

This knife has a solid brass frame, satin finished blade, and is one of the best slicers I own. If I was left with only one knife and it was this one , I'd do just fine.

These Colt branded slipjoints sell for around $20 - $30, they are very well made.

This Rough Rider small hunter was $12 , if you add the slip ( bought separately ) then the cost was under $20.
You can buy 3 Rough Rider knives and spend less than $30.
