Agreed x2 - I am also a huge ASTK fan... It's my goto blade for the best chop for the the pound. Pun intended.

Thanks Wolfman, I thought we were few. Apparently not so much. My other odd preference seems to be extremely curved spines. The learning curve just a wee bit steeper but, the results exemplary. Another I would covet would be the Malla. I haven't had the good fortune of coming across one. They intrigue me and hope to have one someday.

BTW, great pic! Sorry for the after thought.
 
Bigbore, Please be advised that Bawanna may have the bestest Curved Spine in the neighborhood, but I certainly have the more gooder Curved Spine and in the whole world to boot. It's not a disease like HIKV, it's called refinement and good taste!
 
Mr. Bookie, I read all current threads and many in the archives. I know full well of yours and Mr. B's treasures. However, as just a student, I wished not to bother Sensei with mediocrities. I only hope the blade master Yangdu may befit me with what is suitable to both your likings.
