My BK-9 Custom !! Pic Heavy !

Man o man...I want those handles! I have always wondered why that style of scultping never caught on in Becker world. Knife looks awesome! PLEASE dont choil it! I always say if you need close up work...use a smaller knife.

That looks really neat! The blade tip design isn't really my style, but it's well done and if that works for you, that's all that matters. I really like the texture on the scales. Looks like it would be super sticky in your hand.

I'd like to swing it around a bit, that's for sure!

Thanks C_Tanner
Man I like the way choil look but you do have a point with the smaller knife thing. The handles feel comfortable and adds good grip to it, plus they look awesome.
Thanks
Jose

Thanks Uncle.
Yeah the handles are very grippy. I do really like the way the blade tip came out, maintains a fair amount of thickness to the tip.
Thanks
Jose

Here is the new sheath I made for my baby today. I also made my first custom belt carry kydex backing for the sheath. Let me know what you guys think

Love the knife, but I'm really diggin the scales man! I'd love to see a "How-To" on how you did that!
Beautifully done!

Thanks crimsonfalcon07
It was actually pretty easy. I used my belt sander.

I think I see how... Did you use the wheel on the end, and basically sand curves in along the face of the handles, then along the contours? Also, what size belt sander?

Looks good man. Kinda reminds me of a 9 in Phat Bob. :D

I really dig those scales too, reminiscent of some Tuffthumbz scales. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Bro. Basically I bought the scales online. They were rounded off and contoured. I have a small belt sander and used that to do it.
I really love the way the sheath and belt carry attachment came out.

Tuffthumbz is a genius and definitely a master at what he does. I appreciate it greatly.
Thanks a lot man.

Yeah thats pretty much how I did it. I need to get a dremel or flex grinder and start making G10 scales from slabs of G10.
I used a 1x30 belt sander.
Thanks bro.

No way! Do not use a dremel for making scales...I did that originally when I first started out and it sucks. If you have a drill press get those large sanding arbours, kinda like giant dremel sanding drums. You might not think it but it is much easier and MUCH neater to make scales that way.
