Also if you have seen any of Alan's offerings in the makers for sale areas you know his knives are a fantastic value pricewise. I won't disclose what he charged me since it took him more time than he anticipated but he stuck to his original quote so he will modify his pricing a little for making anything similiar in the future. But with even a little price bump the cost would shock you at how reasonable it is. Especially when makers are selling knives at 1/8 the size and amount of materials in this knife for twice and three times as much.

With xmas around the corner it will be a little bit til I have the knife here, but when I get it I will shoot some side by side pics with my BK2 and go out and cut and chop some stuff. Also get some pocket carry pics and get the weight of it on the postal scale.
 
When are you supposed to receive this?

I agree I think a frame lock would be better...The liners also look a little too thin for a blade that thick. Just my $0.02
 
Well it's been plenty long enough. You got this thing yet or what? If so, we need a ridiculous amount of pictures of it.
