Also if you have seen any of Alan's offerings in the makers for sale areas you know his knives are a fantastic value pricewise. I won't disclose what he charged me since it took him more time than he anticipated but he stuck to his original quote so he will modify his pricing a little for making anything similiar in the future. But with even a little price bump the cost would shock you at how reasonable it is. Especially when makers are selling knives at 1/8 the size and amount of materials in this knife for twice and three times as much.
