oh man. it's going to be a long winter plus this whole year we've been waiting for the 'tweeners :( if you look at the threads around the blade show earlier this year when we were expecting the 'tweeners to be unveiled, a lot of us were very disappointed with the lack of info...at least now you're giving us more info than before even if it's a negative one...much appreciated :thumbup: negative info delivered asap is easier to swallow than the same info that's trickled down as much as possible imho.

i'll be brutally honest, i pretty much stayed off the becker forum after the '10 blade show...checking-in at most once a week here...or more like once every two weeks since nothing new was coming out and well...the forum was getting pretty stale with very little new posts.

...now with you and dawsonbob jump-starting the whole beckerhead deal once again and getting folks to post here more often with their hiking pics, etc., i'm back to checking this sub-forum multiple times a day again :thumbup: i tend to blabber too much :o what i really should post is, thanks for getting the becker forum back on the radar and on my bookmark.

p.s. i'm diverting the knives i was planning on sending to bladite for bribes to you and dawsonbob :D
 
I'm not sure that Moose and I — Saintly souls that we are — are actually bribable, although we just might consider, uh, . . . "contributions" . . . of Becker knives for "testing.":D

Seriously, bribes are not necessary (nor accepted). We are working on getting this place rocking once again, and making it even more fun than it was back when. Stay tuned as we get things tuned up. I'm here more and more, and Moose and Bladite are here all the time, too. Then, of course, Ethan and Toooj check in from time to time to give us "The Word from On High." What more could we ask?
 
Nice! I'm not sure which I like better, the first generation BK2 or the 2nd gen. Both are great and tanks. I guess i have to go with the original. Since I have used it, and the 2nd gen is still in the box. Major improvement on the sheath. Not comparable, IMO. I'm right handed, so I don't need the lefty option. Great pics!!
