Thank you very much for the kind words. The BK2, was my first scale stipple on a knife and I actually ended up smoothing up front so it was nicer for my fore finger...allowed better movement for precise work. Glad you noticed that, you've got a keen eye my friend.

Thanks Ulf. You will not regret it if you decide to stipple your own scales. Replacement scales are super cheap anyhow, well the grivory ones are at least, so I say go to town. Once you get good at it, you can make all your knives so much more user friendly. I have ZERO fear of my BK9 slipping out of my hands when chopping or my BK16 having my hand slip onto the razors edge. Stippling is amazing in giving that extra purchase.
