Also got to play with his 3RD WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP winning cutting blade. (Congrats to Dan on the win!)

That sword is amazing, just oozing with gooey titanium goodness.

Colour me jealous. I've been lucky enough to handle some of Dan's pieces, but don't have the scratch yet to own one. Some day...

Looks like a great haul.

You stink.
can i have the Aikuchi?

It's my new EDC I'm afraid. You should see it up close. Even though it's .28" thick... Dan takes it to such a thin razor sharp edge. And the best part is that, as thin as it is... I know Dan has perfected this stuff to the point that it can be that thin and still stronger than most. The little bastard cut me just checking the edge. That's how quickly it bites.

Give him a shout... he makes these Sword Tip knives on a regular basis. I know you own Busses... so you can afford one. If you got an extra battle mistress or something laying around sell that thing and request one of these.

:)
Will you acquire a wakizashi?

Dan is working on a waki-ish blade for me but it won't be matching to this. It will have an 18" blade and 12" tsuka. More of a Chisa Katana or O-waki. It has less of a curve and will be slightly wider. It will hopefully meet in the middle between this sword and his extra wide super assassins.

The katana looks like it should be in the sash of the guards of heaven. What an incredible blade. Congratulations!
I had the pleasure of meeting Dan recently, and believe he showed me the tanto just before it was completed. I can attest to what a fine blade it is also. All of Dan's work is pretty durn amazing. Mike

I'm so jealous right now. I need some of Keffeler's blades.

I had no idea he made the knives. I'll have to see if I can pick one of those up to tide me over until I can get one of the big boys.

"Nice haul".... Which is an extreme understatement.

Dan came by my table during the show, so I got to handle this sword and aikuichi, as well as another sword. *Very* awesome! Good haul, man! :D

Really wish I had gotten to see and handle his competition cutter. Very curious to examine his Tero Tuf/neoprene handles.
