and now a positive note to a hectic day...:o i had this waiting for mewhen i got home..

alas.. my new breeden has arrived...:D

3.5 in. O-1 blade, 1" wide by 3/32" thick and with a 3.75" long handle.. natural micarta scales and white liners... this is an amazing little blade... it is light weight and tougher than nails.. the handle fits my MED. sized hands just perfectly.. the edge is crazy sharp... i already used it to make a fruit salad, when we got home... as a result, it is already forming a nice dark patina... it cute through the ruit with ease..

Congratulations on your new knfe, Mike! It's a real beauty! I KNOW you'll enjoy using this one! And you're right about Bryan's knives being "crazy sharp!" They certainly are. I should be getting my new 4" Pathfinder soon...although it will be the middle of July before I get to handle it!

I would, Bear, but I want to use it at home. I come and go through Jordan to get in and out of here, and they have some strange ideas on knives there! I wouldn't want to "donate" it to a Jordanian customs inspector! :eek:

I'm thinking of designing a knife for Bryan to make for me to use over here in "The Twilight Zone."
