I have both, and the similarity in format is striking.

Yes some do. I just ordered myself a paradigm. To me they do look similar but both look different as well. Both lock differently too. The vantage has more blade steel choices and scale choices as well. The vantage line has different blade colors .
Would just be nice to see a spring assisted vantage.
