Figured I would share with you guys too. This is my new GW with Mikeymoto pin lock sheath. Mikey is a fellow forum member and great guy to deal with. High quality leather work.

Very interesting. Can you force it out when the pin is in place and the strap is snapped?

No..the pin wont come out until the first snap is undone. Its too long to. When I pull it up as high as I can without the snap coming undone the pin is still through the knife.

Awesome sheath! The talon hole looks kinda big, did it get bored out so the pin could fit through?
