My current collection starting in Oct 2015

sass, very nice collection and display! The boomerang caught my eye. I have a few. On a good day, I can throw and catch 10 in a row and I still have all of my fingers. :D

My Dad brought that back from Australia in 1974 or 75... It's handmade by the Aborigines. I use to have a larger one, barely fit in his suitcase, I threw it one day and it was one of those throws that swooped up straight into the air came down, I ran and it stuck in hard ground 4" and snapped, it landed within a foot of where I was standing...

That's good you have all of your fingers!! Did you lose any teeth while learning how to catch them? Ha!
I hit the ground a quite a few times learning how to catch them...Ha!Ha!Ha!

Come on Don, if she sleeps in that 'master bedroom' with you my bet is she not only knows but has helped in you accumulating what you have.:p In addition, that you don't know how many you have!

She has a short memory...Ha!! I have never had all my knives in the same place at the same time, I have at least 1 knife on every wall of my house, the mushroom closet has 50-60 bucks and others in original boxes plus 4 storage tubs full of knives, the garage has at least 20 knives in it, the outside storage has 4 or 5 large storage tubs of knives in them, and you have seen the MB walls. This doesn't count the 100 + that I have sold...She doesn't know how many bang, bangs I have either, she just knows I have 3 large safes full plus what I take back and forth to the bang shows...

No, I don't know how many I have...You have seen what Makael has done in 2 years...I've been doing it for about 30 years...:D:D:D:D:D:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I owned a boomerang made by Aborigines and the same thing happen to me on the first throw. Aborigines carve their boomerangs from solid wood. Most other boomerangs are laminated, which of course, is more resilient to impact - something that the highly skilled Aborigines don't need to worry about. :)
