Hello everyone!

I just received notice from Ondrej "Papi" Berkus, who made my custom gentleman's folder that it is done. He sent me a picture of it and I have to say I'm really pleased:

Blade is Flatground RWL-34 (European version of CPM-154) @ HRC 61-63. Blade has no markings, nothing, its completely naked. Two hand pincher opener. Liner's are 1.2mm titanium (.0475") which should be more than enough for Urban dweller's knife.

I wanted pretty clean looking knife that would do most job urban dweller can encounter, while being stylish and people friendly.

Very nicely done.

It appears more than capable of fulfilling your criteria. OldDude1

Nate, I have to give you credit. Your knife from Papi was inspiration for mine. Though they are pretty different. My next knife will be closer to your bankvault knife with as thick titanium liners (closer to framelock though)

So I thank you Nate. Of course biggest thanks goes to the maker: Papi, who also gave me plenty good ideas and suggestions, which resulted that beautiful knife.

well there you have it. i would say the knife is a complete success. thanks for sharing.

That's a nice one for sure. Sure to be admired even by the non-knife folk around you.
If you don't mind, what is the closed length?

i'll confess i'm not much of a lover of folding knives.

but that is a very nice piece of gear.

I'm glad I could turn you on to his knives. They really are great. I have another one on order from him.

I've paid this knife quite long time as student. This is nearly 2 months labour and saving of more and this emptied my budget for the knives. It was before I found out canoes. So I'll be buying Canoe but unfortunaly next year. I think I can wait.
