I remember you telling me about the John Players connection before mate, your dad will have seen a lot of changes in Nottingham over the years. I have a pal who lives in The Meadows, he's from Dublin originally, but has been there since 1962

I took delivery on the weekend...Its in amazing condish for its age...Wondering whether the sheath is original...and how worn down the blade has become...the grooves are worn looking...
Got a bit bent somewhere along the line...

Sweet knife.
I have a Kabar and a Catt that were bent like that and straightened right out. The tangs must have been drawn pretty soft. So you get a reminder not to pry without breaking the blade.
