I made this from O1 tool steel. It has O1 bolsters with stainless pins. The handle is homemade micarta from my old work pants also with stainless pins. OAL is 5".

I was wondering if making the bolsters from O1 was a no no or is that not that unusual? It was all i had at the time.

Got a picture of one w/o the bolsters?

Haven't made that knife without bolsters yet. I am working on a couple of knives now. I'll post pics of those when finished. I'll try and take some pictures as I go.

As for technique. What specifically do you want to see?
