My first quality folder-a persistence. Before this I didnt really think a folder was worth spending the money on. After getting the knife it changed my mind. I carried it for several months.

Then I got a Griptilian. I was going to get the custom option but I found the Ritter Grip in orange and I really liked the blade shape and color. So I got it. The Axis lock is great and the opening is smooth. My only complaint is the handle material.

My question-why didnt they use G-10? The handles feel cheap to me. I want some Wilkins or Cuscadi scales but they are to expensive new. Im going to try to get some used ones on the forum.

And a few weeks ago I got my paramilitary 2. Its my favorite knife now. The compression lock is awesome, the opening is as smooth as possible, no blade play. I EDC this now until I get the handles.

Heres another blurry pic for 'ya:

I've got a Para 2 that I use as my work edc and it's terrific. Some people really hate on the spydie hole but I spend 90% of my time at work with gloves on so I find it to be a real advantage. That's one of the nice things about the compression lock as well, the cut out makes it really easy to operate with gloved hands. So far the edge retention has been pretty good and it has cleaned up well. Give it some pocket time, it's a beaut!

I sold my mini griptillian for the same reason and bought a bone collector because it looked like a g10 version of a griptillian. well I sold my bone collector and bought a mini griptillian. I didn't realize how much i like the weight of the mini grip or lack of weight. I probably lost 100 bucks in the flipping back and forth but now I have the knife i didn't realize I wanted. I also purchased an Endura in FRN because I really like how they just dissapear in the pocket. When your carrying a revolver, flashlight, knife, wallet, lighter and keys everyplace you go it's nice to have some stuff not pulling your pants down in front of everybody.
