My ESEE/RAT Products Thread

Nice collection.

Glad to see someone else is as sick as me. :D

We're sick.

Oh, no, no. We all have it, we can't just all afford it!! ;)

Yup. All depends on the money aspect.
(Not to bring money into this. lol )

Wow. That is an amazing collection of gear. Are those back packs still available?

'Junglas Laserna Pack'

PM or email one of the guys, they'll let you know.

So how about a write up on how good all that stuff works, that should keep you busy for awhile.

I lol'ed.

There has been some controversy about the quality & construction with the Junglas Laserna Backpack and other makers. Such as Mexpedition, Camelbak, and Kifaru. I don't own any other bag, so I can not make any judgments.

Edit: I know Jeff and Mike like people to go out and use their knives. I might look bad, having all fresh blades. :p

Wow, that is an amazing collection. I have four blades, and I had one of those "what would you grab if your house was on fire" discussions with my wife the other day and I had to admit, I don't know which blade I'd grab... they are all so nice. How do you choose?

Dude time to open the first ESEE retail store. You already can display there entire line!

Jeff, If you want a franchise development expert call me, part of what I do for a living!

I like the ESEE-5. It feels so beefy

G10 ESEE-3 is nice too.

Wow, that is damn impressive collection. Thanks for sharing the pictures and making me realize, yes I do need to order another ESEE knife ASAP.

I love family photos!

very impressive collection.

The only thing I see wrong is the fact that they don't look used, a little too clean and neat.

get out there my friend and create some memories!

Personally its not about affordability its about functionality...Not to sound crass but come on, I've decided long ago not to 'collect' knives, sure I have way more then I need but I trade/sell and find out what works for me in the wild, I've given up on the collector side of me..

Reality really hit home when I realized I only 'need' a $6 machete, a decent folding saw, and a 4" fixed knife.. This combo you can achieve anything in the bush.. Most however do it with just a machete, a cheap one at that :p

btw, nice collection.. and yes it is a sickness..

And I thought my wallet hated me! :D

I've got a long way to go before I have a collection as extensive as yours. I'll get there some day.

One thing is I'm a neat-freak. I like things to be clean. :foot:
2nd is ESEE Knives are pretty looking. Busse pretty. I don't want to mess up the factory looks. :foot:

But yeah.. I need to go into my backyard and have some fun.

@ mjc7: No problem. Thanks for stoping by and posting. :D

Here's a partial shot of my esee gear. There has been more knives and gear added since the photo was taken. I'm going to build an ESEE museum someday...:D

I'm Steve, and I'm an ESEE addict.

Holy moly, that table looks like an ESEE shrine. Put a lighted candle up there and pray to it every night.
