I placed an order for a Sebenza 21 with carbon fiber inlays over the phone at BladeHQ last weekend and I had a great experience.

I ordered the knife on Friday around 3pm, and it was here by the end of business on Monday. My order was well over 99 bucks, so I got free shipping.

My customer rep Eric was awesome and took care of everything very professionally. He even followed up with me to ensure that everything arrived smoothly.

I will definitely be buying more pieces from BladeHQ in the future! Already have a Spyderco Domino on the way.

Your experience is typical. I have ordered several times from these guys and it is always a great experience. That's why I keep going back!

Cheers on the Domino! My Domino has been my only primary EDC since the day I got it. My ZTs, Para2's, and Benchmades have all sat in safe since!
 
Bladehq is great, I have an order in with them currently for a benchmade nimravus and a spyderco double stuff. An order I placed with them a couple years ago was delayed because my mailing and billing address didn't match ( I was sending the package to my parents house.) and when I spoke to a rep on the phone and let him know why, they upgraded my shipping to make up for the delay. An excellent store/site and my 1st choice for ordering cutlery online.
