Tonight my father passed away, He was 86. Its a blessing he didn't suffer and was only in the hospital 3 days. It seems like his systems just shut down. I'll miss him greatly. Please keep him in your prayers tonight.
As some of you know my mother passed 11/2/06. What you don't know is that my father-in-law passed 3 weeks later. To make things worse, my mother-in-law is in the same hospital my father was in, and she is not expected to last through this weekend.
I'm not one of those tough, strong individuals and all this death is really taking its toll on my wife and myself. We'll get through it, of course, but its not easy.
Thanks for listening. I'm off to bed and am leaving at 6AM for NYC (about 200 miles) to help my sister make funeral arrangements. Please keep my family in your prayers.
