Just an update. I am now a member of the FlyHelio Forum lol. The U-10 Helio Currier that my dad flew has been located.
Its deregistered and disassembled stored in a 30’ container in Indonesia awaiting transport back to the US.
Amazing what started out as a thread about a Camillus fighting knife would lead to.
I plan on tracking down info on all the U-10’s in his squadron as im sure they did not have an assigned aircraft and he probably flew every one of them at one time.
The new mission continues.
