My BM 530 is small, my 805 is large. But like family they are. One of these days, I'll go for a 710. I'm constantly surprised at how comfortable, and well balanced, some of the larger models actually are...

Joe

Followup: In March '07 I finally scored a 710D2 and I love this knife. Now I know why the thing is so popular. Great ergos and excellent balance of blade and G-10 scales. JK

I have lots of favorites. But favorite users or carry knives are the easiest to list. As of this writing these are my current favorites seeing rotation a lot.

First is my new Cold Steel Spectre. I've grown to love carrying this thing much as I hate to admit it. I find it appealing for many reasons. One being its slim line profile and ample handle, the other being the pocket hook opener to Wave it open that I installed on it. Its the easiest opening folder I've ever owned and simply fun to use since installing that feature. I like this knife so much now after doing this that I ordered a second one to store in my safe in mint condition.

Second is my Waved rebuilt frame lock CQC13 that I did myself. Great knife. I bought this to rebuild into a frame lock and sell it but so far have not been able to unload it. Now I'm getting to like it so that may never happen.

Third is my HK29 Axis lock by BenchMade also referred to as the 14210. Perhaps the best all around super strong gents folder ever made.

Fourth. Spyderco DODO fully serrated. super user there also.

Fifth. Another great one, the Kershaw TiZDP189 Leek.

I also carry my Zero Tolerance 200 quite a bit as of late but can't say that will be a continuing thing. It and my 301, nice as they are are both too big to be practical everyday use knives for me but so nice I simply can't put them down.

Hope to soon include another large Sebenza, either another wood inlaid Classic, or a LE wood. I think I would like to have a BM 615 mini-Rukus when they are available.
