I don't have a lot of production knives besides Chris Reeve, but yesterday I received my Benchmade Mini Rukus, and I just love this knife. Everything the regular Rukus is but in a more managable package.
 
Out of the production folders I have, these are my faves:
Buck 110: Cabela's s30v version
Camillus: Cuda Maxx 5.5 - a wicked slicer and despite it's size, very easy to carry. I also like the Dominator.
Queen: Cattle King stockman in winterbone. Just screams "user" to me.
Vic: Huntsman - though I wish I had the same one but with the phillips head instead of the corkscrew... Mongo don't do wine very often. though the corkscrew is a handy place for that little bitty eyeglass screwdriver.
Spyderco: very partial to my Mas Ayoob
