That's a nice setup. I cannot sharpen a knife to save my life. I can get a good utility Edge but it won't shave. I think it's time I invested in a quality knife sharpening system

Patience is absolutely the key. No matter what system or kit you choose, you gotta put the knife down and come back to it later when things are getting frustrating. Sharpening should be a slow and relaxing process, not a chore that has you pulling your hair out.be patient

I have a wicked edge, with more money invested than time, and it can get really good results, but also be frustrating, so it’s always best not to rush it, or you’ll likely screw it upPatience is absolutely the key.
