My Fiddleback and I won an award!

So I entered a cooking competition at a local BBQ shop. My Southern BBQ Chicken Salad won first place. I owe it all to my Sneaky Pete for dicing up all the ingredients perfectly!

My prize, free BBQ for the entire month of December!

Still waiting on that recipe BBQ is one of the things I really miss while down here and I just can't seem to get enough of it when I return to the States! 1 month of free BBQ is an AWESOME prize! But for my consolation prize I need that recipe so I can perhaps make some down here to tide me over till 2017!
