Where is this lemonade that belongs to "everyone else" that I allegedly pissed in?

I think what must have happened is that I pissed on some raw nerve endings and Rusty thought I was aiming at the lemonade.

No. If I didn't like it here I would just erase the link.
I do find it kind of strange though that a group of guys interested in, and armed with, guns, knives, combat skills, and active minds would have to be protected from the ramblings of a half crippled old man with nothing more than a big mouth and a warped sense of humor.

You wont erase the link because you'd rather come here and contradict every statement that anyone makes.

We dont need to be protected from you. We just get sick of you getting your kicks by irritating people here.
 
the word troll gets thrown around a lot, so its good to try to conserve it to keep its meaning.


it is kinda bad form to make a crossover thread, especially regarding a moderator.

I think it should be possible for everyone to see another point of opinion without getting insulted. I might be screwed up, but I chuckle when I read "Ben" posts. I don't get offened. I enjoy a warped sense of humor. I hope to see more of his posts.

Hell if you didn't have a warped sense of humor in the service your head didn't make it back stateside. :p

Okay, to give you the benefit of the doubt for a moment. Ben, do you have any khukuris? Have any interest in real knives?

Can you contribute anything of a positive nature?

This is not a flame. I would really like a sincere answer and to have Ben contribute something good and become one of the group.

I used to get outraged at some of Ben's post when I first joined the forum. I mean, how dare he disrupt the harmony???
Maybe it's just me, mellowing over the years, but now I find his posts (for the most part), enjoyable reading. Rather a biting wit, which appeals to me. His positions are usually well thought out,
Consider him, rather than a troll, as your opportunity to learn how to take 7 or 8 deep breaths before trying to rip his face off.
I don't know what caused the uproar, and I'm certainly not faulting Rusty for any of his actions.
As for Ben being part of the group, he's shared pictures of his new homesite. And the ordeal that his daughter went through when she fell of the cliff in Costa Rica. He's also known Uncle Bill longer than most of us have been alive.
Everyone here knows more than I do about life, knives, politics, freedom, patriotism and all of the other nouns in the dictionary. I don't voice my opinions that often, so I haven't been on the receiving end of any of Ben's 'dashes of cold water in the face'.
I think this place would be a lot tamer/shallower/colorless without him. I don't honestly care whether he owns a khuk, or even likes them.
