Hey guys! This thread will have a lot of information so please read everything carefully.
Ill write this post in a specifically spacing so dont jump on lines.
Im happy to bring my first custom run of utility kitchen knives of the year. At this run, ill be doing these utility knives in the 150~160mm blade length range in a few possible materials (both blade and handle).
There are a few spots already sold from my email listing (which i add only customers). The spots are limited based on blade materials since i dont have much of blue2 and magnacut is about to reach me in next week.
Spots available (updated one time per day):
Magnacut:3 2
Blue #2 (san mai bought from Japan):3 2
52100:5 2
Sorry for not being able to open more spots, i hope to buy much more magnacut and blue #2 steel soon.
Claim your spot via email fvazcustomknives@gmail.com (please identify your username in the bladeforums)
THE DESIGN:

Blade length: 150~160mm
Weight: range of 65~100 grams depending the materials choosed
Width: about 40mm heel to spine
Thickness: 2 to 3mm depending the picked steel
The blades are guaranteed to be perfected in terms of heat treatment, grind and balance. They will be finely machine finishe.

You can either choose the blade be more a laser grind or a bit more heavy duty one.

How you will receive your knife:

The knives will go in my custom zipped pouch, it has my logo laser engraved on it, has a really dense foam inside that locks the blade in its inside for safe transport.
Why to have one:
Its been almost 2 years im being fulltime kitchen maker and i realized that the "common point" between all my customers is that they all have and use very often utilities blades like these. Some prefer long sujihikis, gyutos in the 250mm range and such, but blades like these will always have space in all kitchens. They are light, fast, agile, their balance and weight are guaranteed to become an extension of your hand/arm and allow you to work with laser precision on the board. They are very thin behind the edge so they can be sharpened really fast and easy (even if you pick magnacut at 62hrc). Im confident to say that these little beauties are going to become one of your favorite.
