Amazing pictures ! How difficult is it to spot Orangutans in natural Habitat ?

I have not spotted an Orangutan in the wild yet. I ran into Macaws, Gibbons, Wild boars, snakes, monitor lizards, crocodiles and deers but havent had the good fortune of seeing the hornbill and orangutan yet.

I'll try to go back and shoot them one of these days. On that particular trip, it rained that night and I didnt want to risk ruining my camera and lenses. The glow is similar to the lume on watches.
