Woody - I had to go back & look again at the stipling. I thought it was some kinda grip tape.
Did you use a soldering iron or something else?

I used soldering iron, cheap 5$ one. But I use some sandpaper and sharpen tip so I get very thin end,almost like a needle. And then apply it some 10000 times on handle
Hell of a job,but worth it.
