How do you find the weight?

It has some heft! The balance is good;feels heavy duty.

The handles look good how's the grip on them?

My small one has gotten a lot of use. The handles are not tacky like Spyderco's textured G10, but the ridges give me plenty of grip. I've never had an issue with losing control of my mini.
