Stickies like this one are a good starting point. You can GOOG image the names to get a look and proceed from there.

Thanks guys. I'm very happy with it.

The handles are original. I used Klean-Strip KS-3 premium stripper and it did not affect the handles at all.

Thanks. It isn't difficult at all. I used Radio Shack PCB etchant solution. All you have to do is build a damn around what you want to etch with some painters tape and put the etchant on. I let mine set for about nine hours. The longer you let it set the deeper it will be. Just make sure it doesn't leak through because you definitely don't want the etchant on any other bare metal part of the knife. I think my daughter and I checked it about every half hour. OK, I was checking it and she was tagging along and rolling her eyes lol.

Thank you and whatever they come out with next...I'm hooked. CGNMFSH? :)

Yep

You can do it yourself for sure.

So the coating protects the metal from the etching-fluid?
Thats nice, i tought it should go straight tru.

Good to know!

Man, great job on that knife. One of my favorites too...thanks for sharing.

That's cool,i would've thought the etcher would attack the coating like a stripper. I was thinking of etching my HHFSH. If i could just do it without affecting the coating the would be great.

If you had a gold membership, I'd offer to pay you well to do mine. Not quite sure how soliciting work from registered members is looked upon here though...

Nice. Probably one of the coolest Busse of all time.

Looks stellar with the strip job.
